These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings with Supercar Switch Limited (“the Company”).
1. Definitions
1.1 “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Supercar Switch Limited.
1.2 “Customer”, “you”, “your” means the individual participating in the Tour.
1.3 “Tour” means any driving holiday, experience, road trip, or multi-day event arranged by the Company.
1.4 “Rental Company” means the third-party supplier providing the vehicle(s).
1.5 “Security Deposit” refers to the €15,000 or other relevant amount taken by the Rental Company.
1.6 “Contract” refers to the legally binding agreement formed when you make a booking and we confirm it.
2. Booking Process & Payment Terms
2.1 A booking is confirmed once:
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is paid; and
- Written confirmation is issued by the Company.
2.2 The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days before the start of the Tour.
2.3 If payment is not received by the deadline, the Company may cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
2.4 Prices include only what is clearly stated in the itinerary; all other expenses are the Customer’s responsibility.
2.5 Prices are based on two people sharing a car and room.
3. Security Deposit & Vehicle Provider Terms
3.1 All vehicles are supplied by an independent Rental Company, whose terms you must accept.
3.2 The Rental Company will take and hold a €15,000 Security Deposit or other relevant amount directly from each Customer.
3.3 Supercar Switch Limited does not hold or control these funds and has no liability in relation to:
- Security deposit handling
- Damage assessment
- Insurance claims
- Disputes between you and the Rental Company
3.4 You agree to comply with all Rental Company rules including driving restrictions, insurance limits, and damage procedures.
3.5 Any charges, penalties, or claims made by the Rental Company must be settled directly with them.
4. Eligibility & Documentation
4.1 Customers must:
- Be 21+ years old (25+ for certain vehicles)
- Hold a full, valid driving licence for at least 3 years
4.2 The Company may request identification, driving licence details, and proof of address.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if documents are invalid or incomplete.
5. Responsibilities While Driving
5.1 You must drive responsibly, follow the road laws of the country in which you are driving, and obey all speed limits.
5.2 Dangerous, reckless, impaired, aggressive driving or racing with other road users may result in immediate removal from the Tour without refund.
5.3 You must:
- Follow convoy rules
- Follow briefing instructions as given by the represenative ofthe company
- Maintain safe distances
- Respect local laws
- Comply with any requests from Tour staff
5.4 Daily vehicle sign-in/out logs must be completed.
5.5 You are liable for:
- Traffic fines, tolls, congestion charges
- Damage or excessive wear caused by misuse
- Any costs set by the Rental Company
- Excess mileage costs
- Travel to and from the tour.
6. Alcohol, Drugs & Fitness to Drive
6.1 Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to remove any Customer suspected of being unfit to drive.
6.3 Alcohol consumption before or during driving sessions is not permitted.
6.4 Customers must ensure they are physically able to complete the Tour and must disclose relevant medical conditions.
7. Vehicles, Accommodation, Meals & Itinerary
7.1 Accommodation type and quality will be as described in the Tour itinerary.
7.2 The Company may substitute hotels or restaurants with alternatives of equal or greater standard when necessary.
7.3 The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, safety conditions, or supplier changes without giving rise to refunds.
7.4 Vehicles provided will be high performance sports or GT cars. Cars are provided by an independent rental company and can change from those in the itinerary.
8. Cancellation Policy (Customer)
8.1 Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- More than 60 days before the Tour:
30% deposit retained; other payments refunded. - 60–31 days before the Tour:
50% of total price retained. - 30–15 days before the Tour:
75% of total price retained. - 14 days or fewer:
100% retained; no refund.
8.2 No refunds are made for missed activities, late arrivals, early departures, or unused elements of the Tour.
9. Cancellation or Changes by the Company
9.1 The Company may cancel or alter a Tour if necessary due to:
- Weather or safety concerns
- Vehicle or supplier failures
- Force majeure events
- Insufficient enrolments
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
9.2 Where a Tour is cancelled by the Company before commencement:
- A full refund of payments made to the Company will be issued.
- The Company is not liable for indirect or personal expenses including travel, insurance, or accommodation.
10. Liability, Damage & Insurance
10.1 You acknowledge the inherent risks of driving high-performance vehicles.
10.2 The Company is not responsible for accidents, roadside incidents, third-party damage, or vehicle malfunction.
10.3 You drive entirely at your own risk.
10.4 The Company is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Personal injury caused by your own actions, another participant or by a third party.
- Any losses arising from Rental Company decisions
- Costs related to damage, repairs, or insurance excess
- Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
10.5 Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel, health, and cancellation insurance.
11. Conduct & Removal from the Tour
11.1 The Company may remove a Customer who in the opinion of the company:
- Drives dangerously
- Behaves disruptively or abusively
- Fails to follow safety instructions
- Causes risk to themselves or others
- Is under the influence of drugs or alchol
- Violates Rental Company terms
11.2 Removal does not entitle the Customer to any refund.
12. Traffic Offences & Charges
12.1 You are responsible for all driving-related penalties, including:
- Speeding fines
- Parking tickets
- Toll charges
- Congestion fines
- Administrative fees
12.2 The Rental Company may charge administrative fees for processing fines.
13. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control including (but not limited to):
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Pandemics
- War, terrorism, political unrest
- Strikes or labour disputes
- Supplier failure
- Government restrictions
Refunds or credits in such cases are offered at the Company’s discretion.
14. Breakdowns & Mechanical Issues
14.1 The Company is not responsible for mechanical issues, failures, or maintenance problems with rental vehicles.
14.2 In the event of a breakdown, the Rental Company will determine replacement or repair procedures.
14.3 The Tour may continue without the affected vehicle and without refund.
15. Photography, Media & Branding
15.1 The Company may capture photo/video content during the Tour.
15.2 By joining the Tour, you grant permission for the Company to use such content for marketing.
15.3 You may opt out by submitting a written request before the Tour.
15.4 Customers may not use Company branding for commercial purposes without permission.
16. Luggage:
16.1 Each participant may bring one medium-sized travel bag, ideally soft-sided, due to the limited storage space available in the vehicles. Hard-shell or oversized luggage may not be accepted if it cannot be safely stored, and any excess luggage will be transported separately by the company where possible. Participants are responsible for ensuring their luggage complies with these requirements and does not obstruct visibility, safety, or comfort within the vehicle.
17. Data Protection
17.1 All personal information is handled according to UK GDPR.
17.2 Data is used only for operational purposes and shared only with essential suppliers.
17.3 Data will not be sold to third parties.
18. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
18.1 Complaints should be raised during the Tour so we may address them promptly.
18.2 If not resolved, written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of Tour completion.
18.3 Disputes will be handled through negotiation before legal escalation.
19. Copying the Event
19.1 By agreeing to our terms you are agreeing that you will not organise, invest or fund a rally or similar event which attempts to replicate this event or any of its unique features, activities and compoments or which seeks to beenfit in any way from the organisers branding or goodwill.
20. Comply
20.1 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every country travelled through during the event. This includes, without limitation, all speed limits, road laws, visa requirements, vehicle safety regulations, and any laws relating to the possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or other prohibited substances. You may only drive the vehicle you are registered with unless prior authorisation is granted by the organisers.
20.2 Should you decide to withdraw from the event for any reason, your fee will be non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
20.3 It is your responsibility to ensure you are fully aware of and meet all driving requirements for each country visited, including the obligation to carry any mandatory equipment as required by local law.
21. Indemnify
21.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organiser, its directors, officers, employees, and consultants from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal actions of any kind brought by third parties arising directly or indirectly from your actions or participation in the event. This includes, without limitation, any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.
22. Hotel Accommodation
22.1 All participants will receive quality hotel accommodation in each stop during the event, including breakfast, as part of the entry fee. For teams of two, accommodation will consist of either a twin or double room; for teams of four, two separate twin or double rooms will be provided. While the organisers will make every effort to accommodate your preferred room type (twin or double), this cannot be guaranteed.
22.2 A valid credit card must be presented at check-in for each room as a security deposit to cover any incidental charges or damages. Single-occupancy rooms may be available upon request for an additional fee.
23. Governing Law
This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales
